Individual Therapy

As your therapist, I’ll do more than just listen. Individual therapy is a collaborative journey where we will work together to uncover patterns, gain insight into what’s really driving your thoughts and feelings, and incorporate practical tools to boost your emotional well-being and cultivate secure relationships.

  • Sacred Pause Counseling is a telehealth counseling practice dedicated to empowering adult clients who feel stuck in cycles, disconnected with themselves and others, and don’t know where to start. Through self-reflection and mindfulness, clients learn how to reconnect with their inner world, identify and respectfully communicate their needs, and regulate their nervous systems.

  • I enjoy using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and mindfulness techniques in my practice. With CBT, we'll look at how your thoughts affect your emotions and experience and identify and explore patterns that are keeping you stuck. Mindfulness teaches you to intentionally focus on the present moment without judgement, reducing anxiety and helping you learn to observe versus react to your thoughts and feelings. Mindfulness will help you slow down, pause, and create a space to replace automatic reactions with deliberate responses so you can move through life with more peace, more clarity, and more control—one sacred pause at a time.

  • I work with adult individuals, ages 22-64, who struggle with people-pleasing, perfectionism, relationship issues, self-esteem issues, and anxiety.
